Inside the Academy, we guide you to implement the full framework at a basic, repeatable level so you can start generating results without overwhelm or guesswork.
As your goals evolve, you can upgrade your coaching experience across three levels of support:
Academy (Shift) - Learn to implement the Modern Loan Officer Framework at a foundational level with consistency and structure. Academy includes weekly live training, full access to our 200+ hour training vault, and peer support through our interactive community boards to keep you focused and accountable.
Mastermind (Grow) - Go deeper with small-group mastermind coaching where you’ll collaborate, discuss advanced strategies, and get audited on your work. This level is designed to help you apply the framework at a higher level, with sharper execution, expanded thinking, and continued growth.
Privates (Scale) - Get personal attention with two monthly 1:1 coaching sessions—tailored to whatever you need most. Whether it’s building your team, refining your leadership, improving systems, scaling your time, or being held to a higher level of accountability and breakthrough, this level gives you focused support to accelerate your growth with precision and purpose.
